Join us for Stark Bierfest Stammtisch on Friday, March 20 from 7:30–11:00 PM as we celebrate a cherished Bavarian tradition.

After the revelry of Fasching comes the season of Lent — and with it, Starkbier. First brewed in the 17th century by Paulaner monks, including the famous Salvator, this strong, nourishing beer was crafted to sustain them through fasting and has since become a seasonal favorite across Bavaria.
