Event Description
Have a ton of fun with your toddler & work off those extra post holiday pounds while you're at it! Learn world dances and give your toddler (ages 1-3) great exposure to world music and movement. This is a great way to start creating an active lifestyle for your family, and is fun to boot! This class isn't just for moms and papas and caregivers are welcome as well. You and your toddler will have the opportunity to explore the isolations inherent to dance, creating muscle tone and awareness. Surrounded by like-minded parents, your toddler will have the freedom to follow the ebb and flow of their interest while you get to learn to move your body. Toddler-friendly props will be introduced throughout the series. There is no maximum age for the adult, but the tot should be between 1-3!
