Celebrate Halloween with the 40th and 47th Ward at the newly renovated Ainslie Arts Plaza! Come paint pumpkins and enter our costume contest, judged by Alders Vasquez and Martin! We'll supply washable paint and snacks, you bring the costume. Hope to see you there!
